I spent two decades inside India's biggest companies. I learned everything the hard way — so you don't have to.
Hi, I'm Manisha Salunkhe. I began my career as a Customer Care Executive at Reliance Communications. Through hard work and steady internal promotions, I grew — but my income never grew at the same pace as my effort.
My family, especially my newborn son, came first. So I kept working, without questioning the system. After eight years at Reliance, I moved to Tikona Broadband, then Jio, then insurance with Kotak Life, hoping the next job would be the answer.
Every time, the same pattern: work harder, take more responsibility, earn appreciation. Financial freedom never arrived.
That realization changed everything. I joined Ira Skills, became part of the Silver Club, learned modern digital skills, and transformed my mindset. Soon after, I joined Medi Assist TPA.
Today I earn over ₹1 Lakh per month while continuing to learn AI and future-ready skills. My mission now is simple: help professionals avoid the years of confusion I lived through — and build both career growth and a second income with confidence.
